The copyright in this website belongs to The Travel Away Group. All rights are reserved. This website is intended for personal and non-commercial use only. No part of this site may be reproduced, distributed or modified. This site is designed exclusively for The Travel Away Group and may not be used for any other purpose.
Liability
We attempt to maintain accurate information on the web site. However, The Travel Away Group cannot accept any liability for losses or damages that you may incur as a result of using this site. In addition, The Travel Away Group cannot guarantee that the web site is free from viruses or any other damaging items.
Your statutory rights are not affected. The Travel Away Group is an English registered company and all services we offer are governed by the applicable laws of England and Wales.
The Travel Away Group acting on behalf of the Global Travel Group PLC who act as agents for tour operators. All bookings and associated services offered by The Travel Away Group are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant operator which can be found in the operator's brochure. We have no direct contractual liability to you in connection with the travel product specified except as may be imposed by English law.
Prices and Payment
The information and prices displayed on this web site are updated several times a day. The validity of this information cannot be guaranteed and prices or availability may change. Therefore all prices and information must be confirmed at the time of booking.
All prices and information are subject to final confirmation which will be issued by the relevant tour operator.
Once a booking has been accepted full payment is required, with the exception of bookings made in advance of 10 weeks before departure. This is subject to the relevant operators terms and conditions and any applicable laws. Credit and Debit cards are accepted. We do not make any charge for Debit Cards ( Switch, Delta, Solo etc.), however we make a small charge for the following cards: Visa & MasterCard Credit Cards: 1.5%, AMEX & Diners Cards: 2.0%. In the interests of your security we do not process these transactions online.
Financial Obligations and Protection
All air holidays and flights displayed on our web site are ATOL protected. This is provided by the Civil Aviation Authority and is primarily for customers who book within the United Kingdom. The Travel Away Group are agents for licensed tour operators and the booking confirmation will display the ATOL number relevant to the booking. Flight bookings made by us are also protected, with the exception of bookings where the tickets for scheduled flights are dispatched 24 hours of payment being accepted or where payment is made direct to airlines.
We have a dependable customer protection guarantee with The Global Travel Group PLC which ensures that any payments made are safeguarded against any financial shortcomings of The Travel Away Group or its suppliers. All payments are kept in a separate 'client account'. In addition, all holidays and flights are protected by either the ABTA or ATOL financial protection schemes.
Data Protection & Privacy
The Travel Away Group are committed to protecting your privacy.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and only in connection with your enquiry or booking where this information is essential.
The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, age, telephone number, email address and credit/debit card details (if applicable). We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The Travel Away Group keeps customer records on a secure database (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and we guarantee that no information given to us will be shared with any third party, other than in the processing of bookings with travel operators, airlines or car rental companies, etc.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future and will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
All visitors to the site are invited to join our mailing list. You can withdraw from the mailing list at any time by electing to 'unsubscribe' on the home page.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a 'cookie' which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Ticketing
It is standard practice to issue tickets 14 days before departure. If the tickets have not been received within 7 days of departure please contact us on 0871 222 8645.
On receipt/collection of all travel tickets it is your responsibility to inform us immediately of any discrepancies that may have arisen, we The Travel Away Group can not accept responsibility for any discrepancies not reported to The Travel Away Group on receipt or Collection of all travel tickets.
All names, titles and initials should be given accurately at the time of booking and should correspond to the name on the passengers passport. Changes at a later date will incur a charge.
Child and Infant prices are subject to the age of the passenger on the date of return travel.
All passengers must hold a full 10 year passport. In some countries a visa may be required. Although The Travel Away Group will advise on this matter, it is the passengers responsibility to ensure that all requirements have been met.
Insurance
All passengers must have adequate insurance cover, as specified by all tour operator terms and conditions. The Travel Away Group does offer insurance, although customers are free to make their own arrangements.
Cancellations / Amendments
Any cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual tour operator and may be subject to additional charges.
All tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable. Any post-booking changes will incur additional charges.
Complaints
Although we aim to provide a high quality service, you may feel that you have cause to complain. All complaints must be received by us within six weeks of the end of your holiday or journey. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full explanation within 1 month. Complaints can be made in writing or via E-mail.
