Inter Group Claims Services deal with all claims matters. If you need to make a claim you will need to register any claim within 31 days of your trip ending by contacting the Claims Line on 0870 730 3160 or e-mail claims@inter-group.co.uk during office hours (Monday to Friday 08.00 - 20.00 hrs) for a claim form.

The claims forms are very clear and specific as to what documentation and information is required. Any omissions will only delay the claims process.

Please quote reference IGCS1276 and Rock/AIG/2003-4/1 in your correspondence.

Please note that all documentation must be original and not photocopied, although it is a good idea for you to keep a copy of anything you send.
